Which Honda Civic is worth its Price?

 

Honda Civic launched its first Pakistani made model in 1994 and became a fan favorite since day one. Civic is considered as beast machine for spoon car lovers in Pakistan. Teenager boys used to swapped its engine and many other things to enjoy its maximum output. The most favorite model of civic was Dolphin (5th gen) in the past but nowadays it was very difficult to source its spare parts. It was available with a 1.5L engine and a manual transmission named as EX variant.

 



 Nowadays EK (6th gen) is hot favourite among the boys because it’s easy to source its spare parts and lots of other accessories. You can easily fit any high performance engine in it you wish for because of its huge engine bay. It’s available in economical market price and has less expensive parts as compare to its previous generations. It was far better than the Corolla of that era in many respects. There were two variants of engine 1.5L and 1.6L available and both manual and auto transmissions were offered. They were named as EXI and VTI.



Eagle eye (7th gen) was not that much favourite model of Civic series. They enhance the features and specs of 7th gen to compete the most demanding Corolla of that time. Civic has new technology of engine with coil distributor to increase its performance and Fuel economy. They offered prosmatec gear box that was the latest technology in that era but it was flop model internationally and failed to make the name of success. It was also come in 1.5L and 1.6L engine having manual and prosmatec transmission.


           


 

Reborn (8th gen) was the most sold car in international and Pakistani market as well. It changed the era of Civic and become the most successful and favourite model of youngster. It was offered only in 1.8L engine in both manual and prosmatec transmission with lots of loaded specs. The negative point of this car was its fuel economy.




 

 

Conclusion: According to my research among these generations of Civic I will probably prefer Reborn coz it has all those features available which were offered even in latest model and you can add all those features which were not there in past.
